I keep forgetting I have a Livejournal.

I dyed my hair RED :D (well, that was a month ago. So now it's more like a red brown. I'm going to dye it a dark chocolate brown soon).

I realized the other day that I am an adult. Well, I know I'm not really an "adult", more like a young adult, but I've been doing things that make me feel like one. I ordered cable and internet, I pay my own bills, I'm in a serious relationship, I take responsibility for my own actions, and I don't rely on my parents for anything.

But my mom keeps spoiling me. She bought me a digital camera a few months ago and for Christmas she's buying me a new computer. Any ideas as to which brand I should get? I'm having a hard time deciding.

My personal problem in my previous post has been solved. Chris and I talked about everything. He loves me with all his heart and I love him with all of mine. Any problems we have can be worked out and I'm not thinking about marriage at all (well, except for my dress :D I picked it out years in advance). For right now, Chris is the guy for me and I'm not planning on leaving him anytime soon.

Since I'm getting a computer and internet in our apartment, school is next. I'm pretty sure I'm going to take some summer classes. At the very latest I'll start in the Fall. Maybe Spring, I have to apply for financial aid and see what I can afford. I'm still having a hard time deciding what I want to major in. It's either Education so I can be a math teacher, or Studio Art (with an emphasis on Digital Illustration) so I can work on animated movies (I think that would be awesome) with a possible minor in Spanish. I really miss speaking it and I want to learn it again.

Chris is getting me an iPod Touch for Christmas!! I'm so excited. Hey, I got him half of an xbox 360 and Gears of War 2. I think since I put up with him I deserve something nice.

Looking back my life has gotten considerably better since last year. I know I might be a few years behind everyone as far as school goes but I grew up and I've learned a lot. This time last year I was having major personal issues and I was really depressed where I was, I didn't really have any money, and I still worked at that stupid mall. This year I still work with the public but I really like my job at F&E despite the few angry customers. I live comfortably in a nice apartment with Chris, we're slowly getting nice things, and I'm going to start school. Life may not be as good as I'd like to be, but it's a hell of a lot better than it was and I appreciate it :)

P.S. I miss a select few of my high school friends :(
